3. Review and accept the legal disclaimer.
4. Review order, approve and submit.

NOTE: Discounts show AFTER option selection is made, when total is calculated for the order. Group members enter Group Code during initial registration at Members login bottom page in order to get group discount rates. Group members get the Guest Book included for free.
