How to cope with loss & find help

Experiencing loss

The loss of a loved one is never easy and yet people process grief in different ways.  When coping with loss, some find comfort in getting more information and a better understanding of the situation. Others find support when sharing their thoughts and feelings with those who went through similar experiences.  At times, people are so overwhelmed by the experience of loss that they require help from an expert.
